and you'll feel like you've stepped into your next dream home. Nestled inside the 6000 square foot design center you'll find The Summit's Design Team.
"We pride ourselves on being just a little bit different," claims Gary Fields, developer/owner. "Our designers spend time first learning about your daily routines and lifestyle habits. Do you like to take baths or do you prefer a shower? Do you like to sleep late or are you an early riser? Each plan is custom designed around your every want and desire, and then perfectly positioned with the topography of the building site."
There is no box of plans.
With no two homes alike, everything starts from scratch. "You won't even find the same roof line in The Summit."
The Builders Program is a true one stop shop offering on site designers, a products and material show room, custom builders, and even the ability to arrange financial packages under one roof.
Never been built before
You can literally visit the design center on Wednesday and leave on Sunday with a builder in place, materials picked out, and a set a plans to a home that has never been built before.
